These terms govern use of the CliniWings website and set out the basis on which we offer information about our training programmes. They are not a substitute for programme-specific agreements or enrolment documents you may sign at registration.
1. Acceptance
By accessing CliniWings (the “Site”) or contacting us to enquire or enrol, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Information on the Site
We aim to keep programme descriptions, schedules, fees, and certification details accurate. Course content, batch dates, and fees may change. Nothing on the Site is an offer capable of acceptance until confirmed by us in writing (including email) or through an official enrolment process.
3. Enrolment & programmes
Admission to any programme is subject to eligibility, seat availability, and completion of registration formalities. Additional terms—such as attendance rules, assessments, certification criteria, and placement support—may be provided separately at or before enrolment.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site or our communications channels: no unlawful activity, harassment, scraping that overloads our systems, misrepresentation of affiliation with CliniWings, or distribution of malware. We may suspend or refuse service where misuse is suspected.
5. Intellectual property
Branding, logos, course materials, and Site content are owned by CliniWings or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit them without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use where clearly permitted.
6. Third-party links & tools
The Site may link to payment gateways, maps, social platforms, or other services. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies; we are not responsible for their content or practices.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in India, CliniWings and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the Site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana (or such other forum as mandatory law requires) shall have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you cannot waive by contract.
