Terms & Conditions Privacy Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for CliniWings programmes and paid events (including the Master Class). Specific offers may include additional written conditions confirmed at registration.

1. General

All refunds and transfers are processed only against verified payments and official enrolment records. Verbal commitments outside documented channels are not binding until confirmed in writing by CliniWings administration.

2. Long-form training programmes

For diploma/postgraduate-style programmes and similar multi-week courses:

  • Refund eligibility, deductions (e.g. registration, materials, taxes), and cooling-off windows—if any—are stated on your enrolment form, offer letter, or batch communication.
  • After a programme has commenced, refunds are typically limited to exceptional cases (e.g. documented medical incapacity or force-majeure) and may be partial, at the institute’s discretion and subject to policy in force at enrolment.
  • Transfers to a future batch may be allowed instead of a cash refund where operational capacity permits; administrative fees may apply.

3. Master Class & short paid events

For one-off or short sessions (e.g. paid master classes):

  • If you cancel before the communicated cut-off date, a full or partial refund may be offered as per the terms shared at the time of payment.
  • After the cut-off, or if you do not attend without prior notice, fees are generally non-refundable, as seats and faculty time are reserved.
  • If CliniWings cancels the session, we will offer a refund or transfer to the next scheduled session, as communicated to registrants.

4. How to request a refund

Email info@cliniwings.in from the address used at registration, with your full name, programme or event name, payment reference, and reason. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method or bank transfer where that is not possible, within a reasonable processing period after approval.

5. Non-refundable components

Certain third-party or statutory fees, physical materials already issued, or certification/examination fees paid to external bodies may be non-refundable even when a programme fee is partially refunded. This will be clarified in your enrolment documentation where applicable.
